Before the first Pentecost (Shavuot) on Sivan 6 long ago were 3 necessary days of preparation. The group who had left Egypt were to cleanse themselves and wash their garments over 3 days from Sivan 3-5. By Sivan 5, each and all were to be cleansed and wearing clean (undefiled) garments. On Sivan 5 they congregated at the base of Mt. Sinai and agreed to the marriage covenant with Adonai. They did not know the details of the ketubah, the 10 Commandments. On Sivan 6, the Lord appeared with majestic signs and wonders, to ratify the Mosaic Covenant for both parties, groom/husband and bride/wife.
Undefiled garments? Look to a Scriptural link in the Book of Revelation. The advice to those righteous at Sardis is well worth remembering. The following is from Chapter 3: 3-5 in the King James Version. "3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shall not watch, I will come on thee like a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. 4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white; for they are worthy. 5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white rainment." Clean undefiled garments. White rainment. Verses 3-5. Sivan 3-5. The Word from Exodus and Revelation.
Sivan 5-6 marks the conclusion of the Passover Season, the extended Exodus Season. Pentecost is the Servant Lamp position (number 4) of the Feasts of the Lord related to the 7 pronged Menorah. It is in the midst of the Menorah. Might the transformational day of The Blessed Hope be one of the days from Sivan 3-6? That would mean 6-4 to 5 to 6-7 to 8. We shall know soon if the 2 Weddings of the Ages are meant to be related to days in early Sivan.
With Love and Shalom,
