No.
Those are three separate events.
The first event to happen will be the First-Trump Rapture (1 Thess. 4:16,17). It looks like it will take place when Satan and his fallen angels are kicked out of heaven. That should be soon, maybe June 4, 2013.
1Co 15:23: "But every man in his own order (tagmati, rank): Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
Num 10:1-4 says, "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Make thee TWO TRUMPETS of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them (i.e, both) for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. 3 And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. 4 And if they blow but with ONE TRUMPET, then the princes (i.e., elders), which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee."
1. THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE, THE WISE-VIRGIN BRIDE OF CHRIST
1 Thess 4:16-17 (KJV) says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
Rev 4:1-4 says, "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. 3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper (last stone in the breastplate) and a sardine stone (first stone in the breastplate, i.e., Jesus is both the first and the last): and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. 4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty ELDERS sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold."
2. THE BRIDE CALLED TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN HEAVEN
Next, those caught up to Heaven in the first Rapture will be gathered to the General Assembly in Heaven. That may be the Feast of Trumpet, Tishri 1, 5776, Mon. Sept. 14, 2015.
Mat 24:31 says, "And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of HEAVEN to the other."
Heb 12:22-24 says, "But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 To the GENERAL ASSEMBLY and church of the firstborn, which are written in HEAVEN, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant".
3. THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE, THE FOOLISH VIRGINS, THE 144,000 ISRAELITES, AND A GREAT NUMBER OF SAINTS COME OUT OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION, THEN ALL SAINTS WILL BECOME IMMORTAL
Mar 13:24-27 says, "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, 25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. 26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the EARTH to the uttermost part of HEAVEN."
1Co 15:51-54 says, "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, AT THE LAST TRUMP: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."
Rev 7:14 says, "These are they which came out of GREAT TRIBULATION, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."
