"Re: Gino (11 May 2013) "How close are they?""

Hi:

> How much do we really love this book?

I love it with all my heart, soul and mind, just as I love its author, the
LORD of hosts, better known as Jesus Christ.

I am happy with how my life is turning out. I said, "Yes" to Jesus and "Yes"
to Ed when he asked me to marry him on the 4th day we got together, and now
I am going to be with them both forever. I can't think of anything better. I
am sure looking forward to the First-Trump Rapture, when forever will begin.
Ed and I won't actually be immortal yet, because that takes place after the
Last-Trump Rapture, but forever will have begun for us.

I am so thankful that the Lord chose me when Ed prayed for a Christian wife
when he was on board a ship coming home from Japan after WW II.  I was 17
and Ed was 22, but we were perfect for each other, it was practically love
at first sight and we never had a fight in all our 65 years together. I had
been 18 thirty days when we got married. We kept it a secret until I
finished High School, so Ed said, "Will June never come," but we made it. Ed
was in Knoxville finishing his first year of college and I was in Kingsport
finishing my last year of High School.

This is one of my favorite scriptures. The LORD of hosts, our redeemer is
God, the creator.

Isa 44:6-8 says, "Thus saith the LORD (YHWH) the King of Israel, and his
REDEEMER the LORD (YHWH) of hosts; I am the first  (YHWH THE KING OF
ISRAEL), and I am the last (HIS REDEEMER THE YHWH OF HOSTS); and BESIDE ME
THERE IS NO GOD.  7  And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and
set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things
that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them. 8  Fear ye not,
neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared
it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no
God; I know not any."

Isa 44:24  Thus saith the LORD  (YHWH), thy redeemer, and he that formed
thee from the womb, I am the LORD  (YHWH) that maketh all things; that
stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by
myself."

The son of God is the YHWH that sat on the sapphire pavement (meaning
heaven) at Mt. Sinai, from the Sanscrit Sani, Saturn.

Isa 48:16-18 says, "Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in
secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now
the Lord GOD (the Father), and his Spirit (the Holy Spirit), hath sent me
(the redeemer the LORD of hosts, Jesus Christ). 17  Thus saith the LORD, thy
Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee
to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. 18  O that
thou hadst hearkened to MY COMMANDMENTS! then had thy peace been as a river,
and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea".

Exo_24:10 says, "And they saw the GOD OF ISRAEL (i.e., the REDEEMER the LORD
of hosts): and there was UNDER HIS FEET as it were (i.e., as if it were) a
paved work of a SAPPHIRE stone, and as it were (i.e., as if it were) the
body of heaven (i.e., the heavenly body Saturn) in his clearness."

The sapphire is Jesus' birthstone. He was born September 4, 5 BC.  As the
September birthstone, the blue sapphire means HEAVEN.

In Eze 1:1 he said, "the HEAVENS were opened, and I saw visions of GOD."
Ezekiel saw the throne of the only God/man. First, he saw the Sun, a fire
enfolding itself. Around that, he saw 4 flying planets (Mercury, Venus,
Earth and Mars) orbiting in concentric circles around the central Sun.

One is Earth. Eze 1:15 says, "Now as I beheld the living creatures (lively
flying things), behold one wheel (orbit)upon the EARTH by the living
creatures (the 3 lively flying things, Mercury, Venus and Mars), with his
four faces." Each of the 4 flying and orbiting things faced the four
directions of the compass. This is conveyed to us as four faces, because
those four faces were on the flags at the compass points when Israel camped
around the Tabernacle.

In Eze 1:26-28, it says, " And above the firmament (expanse of space) that
was over their heads (i.e., farther out in space than the terrestrial
planets) was the likeness of a THRONE, as the appearance of a sapphire stone
(i.e., HEAVEN, SATURN): and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness
as the appearance of a man (i.e., the only God/man, Jesus Christ) above upon
it. 27  And I saw as the colour of amber (Saturn is amber), as the
appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins
(i.e., from the equator) even upward, and from the appearance of his loins
(from the equator) even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire
(i.e., it looks like a lighted lamp in the night sky), and it had brightness
round about (i.e., Saturn's rings). 28  As the appearance of the bow that is
in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness
round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the
LORD."

"How close are they?"

Hebrews 10:7 ¶ Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is
written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

What’s a Ghost Writer?

II Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness:

II Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of
any private interpretation.

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of
God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Ghost writer

The Holy Ghost loves the Son. The word of God is written by the Holy Ghost,
to the Father, about the Son, how much he loves the Son, and how lovable the
Son is.

We know that the Father loves the Son:

John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life,
that I might take it again.

And the Son loves the Father:

John 14:31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the
Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

This book reveals the love of the Holy Ghost for the Son of God – it’s a
love story. This book also reveals how much the LORD loves us:

John 17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as
thou hast loved me.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life.

The LORD and his love is communicated to us through his Son, by this book.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in
spirit and in truth.

God is a Spirit. We each are a spirit (we also have a body). As a spirit we
are made in his image and likeness. Spiritual communication is by words.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the
words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

This book is called the word of God (with a small w):

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than
any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and
spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and
intents of the heart.

Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the
Spirit, which is the word of God:

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of
God.

Jesus is called the Word of God (with a large W) seven times in the
scriptures:

John 1:1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
Word was God.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld
his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace
and truth.

I John 1:1 ¶ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which
we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have
handled, of the Word of life;

I John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the
Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Revelation 19:11 ¶ And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he
that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth
judge and make war.

12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and
he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called
The Word of God.

The word of God, small w, is the expression of God in written form. The Word
of God, large W, is also the expression of God:

Hebrews 1:1 ¶ God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time
past unto the fathers by the prophets,

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed
heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his
person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by
himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

And now, even more so, expressed in the flesh:

I Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness:
God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels,
preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into
glory.

How much of a difference is there between a small w and a large W? Is the
word of God the Word of God? Is the book Jesus? Well, they are very close!

Jesus Christ is the Word in a body, is this Bible therefore then Jesus in a
book? Almost!

“How can you say that?”- You may be wondering.

Hey, someone could tear the word of God (small w), mark it up, or even burn
it – but they certainly cannot do that to the Word of God (large W) seated
on the right hand of the Father.

That’s right, it’s not the same, but they are very close.

A number of years ago, a friend of mine was teaching a Sunday school class.

He saw one of the young children spinning the Bible around like a top, and
he said, “Hey, don’t do that! Are you trying to make God dizzy?”

I was shocked and offended, but it really started me wondering:

How close are they?

John 1:1 ¶ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that
was made.

Everything that was made, was made by the Word of God (large W)

Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the
word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do
appear.

Psalm 33:6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host
of them by the breath of his mouth.

Everything was made by the word of God (small w)

When a man repents, and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ (the Word), he is
born again.

I Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of
incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Yet, we are born again by the word of God.

II Timothy 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour
Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and
immortality to light through the gospel:

Jesus saves our souls.

James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of
naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to
save your souls.

The word is able to save our souls.

Matthew 9:4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil
in your hearts?

Jesus discerned the thoughts and intents of their heart.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than
any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and
spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and
intents of the heart.

Psalm 35:27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous
cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath
pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

The LORD be magnified.

Psalm 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for
thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above
all thy name.

The word is magnified.

Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the
thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to
be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from
everlasting.

John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before
Abraham was, I am.

Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive
for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and
under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard
I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that
sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Jesus is eternal

Psalm 119:89 ¶ LAMED. For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

Psalm 119:160 ¶ Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy
righteous judgments endureth for ever.

I Peter 1:25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the
word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

The word of God is eternal.

Lamentations 3:24 The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I
hope in him.

I hope in the LORD.

Psalm 119:81 ¶ CAPH. My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy
word.

I hope in thy word.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no
man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Jesus is the truth.

John 17:17 ¶ Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

The word is truth.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine
own understanding.

Trust in the LORD

Psalm 119:42 So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me:
for I trust in thy word.

Trust in the word.

Ephesians 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being
rooted and grounded in love,

Jesus in our hearts

Psalm 119:11 ¶ Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin
against thee.

Psalm 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that
trusteth in him.

Psalm 119:103 ¶ How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than
honey to my mouth!

Jeremiah 5:22 Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my
presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual
decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss
themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not
pass over it?

Tremble at the presence of the LORD

Isaiah 66:5 ¶ Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your
brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the
LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be
ashamed.

Tremble at his word

John 8:12 ¶ Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the
world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the
light of life.

Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon,
to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the
light thereof.

Jesus is the light

Psalm 119:130 ¶ The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth
understanding unto the simple.

Psalm 119:105 ¶ NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my
path.

The word is the light

Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the
LORD.

Praise the Lord

Psalm 56:4 In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will
not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Praise his word

Acts 21:20 And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto
him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which
believe; and they are all zealous of the law:

Glorified the Lord

Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified
the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Glorified the word

By his word we travel time and space. I’m not speaking about by metaphor or
by imagination.

The song writers knew this: “Have you been to Jesus…”, “At the cross where I
first saw the light”, “Bring me to Calvary”.

How do you get there? It’s thousands of miles away and about two thousand
years ago.

Ezekiel was taken over a thousand miles from Babylon to Jerusalem to a time
some years before.

Like Ezekiel, we’ve been brought there, back in time, but in our case to the
crucifixion. How could we do that?

We did it by the word of God. John was taken about two thousand years in the
future, and was taken back and forth from the earth to heaven.

Like John, we don’t only know the future, but we have been there by this
book.

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in
heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Science fiction has got nothing over the word of God. This book is far
better than a star gate. Just look at it for a second.

The word of God is a gateway between here and heaven, between now and
eternity.

We are on this side of the words, but the past, the future, Israel, heaven,
and the Lord himself are just on the other side of the words.

Solomon put up two pillars, Jachin and Boaz, at the entrance of the temple,
wherein was the presence of God.

Is it only a coincidence how the Bible looks? Each page is set up as two
pillars.

Through this book, we enter into the eternal heavens, before the throne,
into the very presence of God.

It is in here, this book, that we are truly fed:

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by
bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Job 23:12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have
esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

Jeremiah 15:16 Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was
unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O
LORD God of hosts.

Psalm 119:103 ¶ How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than
honey to my mouth!

I Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye
may grow thereby:

It is only from here, this book, that we get faith to believe in Jesus to be
saved.

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of
God.

It is from here, this book, that the Lord reveals himself to us.

I Samuel 3:21 And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed
himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD.

All we know about Jesus is from this book. Only in here we see him. Only in
hear we hear him. And only in here is where we met him.

Why would we neglect this book? Or why would we doubt this book?

Why would we turn against this Bible, deny it, or exchange it for one that
is more socially or ecclesiastically acceptable?

How much is this book worth to us?

I Samuel 3:1 ¶ And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And
the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision.

Is this book precious to us? Do you have our Bible with us right now?

Do we read the word of God every day? Is our Bible always close by?

Is the word of God the Word of God? It is very close.

Is the Bible Jesus in a book? Well, it is very close.

Hebrews 10:7 ¶ Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is
written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

Jesus said, “in the volume of the book it is written of me”.

This whole book is all about Jesus. From cover to cover, the Holy Ghost is
revealing Jesus on every page.

The Holy Ghost loves the Son of God, and poured out his love for him on the
pages of this book. This is the greatest love story ever written.

How much do we really love this book?
