Yes I did notice this happens when the ones in power seem to get in deep. What's with that, it sure seems odd. I've read that our government has the ability to direct storms, with HAARP. If that's what happened here, that's awful. I read somewhere they've been messing with our weather since the 60's. Lord I'm so ready for the King of Righteousness to come.
