The author takes some different tacks to arrive at the same conclusion as most prophecy analysts. The book will warm the cockles of the hearts of all the numbers people. But, don't be put off by that. The book is perfectly undestandable without undue attention to the calculations.

It contains an amazing amount of history for such a small book, including numerous copies of source documents. A transcription of the IDF radio traffic as the Jews approached, and then gained, the Temple Mount is included. I was crying my eyes out as I read it.

The author dismisses the 360 day prophetic year as WRONG! He then proceeds to reconstruct prophetic history using 365.25 day years using cycle counts of Jewish feasts. We're all familiar, I hope, that when God says the days of man will be 120 years He is referring to Jubilee cycles from Noah that place us NOW! The author's methodology is similar. For instance, he arrives at Alexander the Great's defeat of the Persian 

army of Darius III for the first time in 334 BC at the Battle of Granicus as a prophetic time marker.

It's about 200 pages, including appendices, and it is extremely well written. I recommend it highly.
