Dear Robin (and to doves), when you said "They had no idea, even though they could see through the glass, that a wedding was about to take place, or else they knew and didn’t care.  They were too caught up in buying and selling of these worthless items on the tables.  *end of dream*

 

this brought to mind the Bible, the Word of God. They could see through the glass because the Word of God is clear and we can see what is coming and why (the past) from it. We stand on the Word of God. We stand on this sea of glass (it allows us to see what is happening).

 

Matthew 13 talks about people not understanding the words of Christ. Here is where a step of faith is needed- for people to just believe and follow Jesus and follow the written word, the bible. The bible is able to lead them to life. If they just follow it and accept it as truth from God, then it is like clear glass allowing us to know the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  We believe Lord, and help our unbelief. Robin, I hope that soon we will see Jesus face to face. Amen. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
