this is a study of the lamps and candlesticks in heaven before the seals are opened.

The seven candlesticks are the seven  churches.

The lamps are the virgins waiting for the bridegroom Matthew 25, lamps are set on candlesticks Luke 8

John sees seven candlesticks churches in heaven before the seals are opened in Rev 1, and latter he sees seven lamps burning before the throne of God Rev 4:5, and where again are lamps set, Mat 5:15Neither do men light a candle3088, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. . So putting all of this together it looks to me that the 5 wise virgins the seven lamps are set in the seven candlesticks which are the seven churches in heaven before the seals open.

Rev 1:20The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and  the seven golden  candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and 

the seven candlesticks 3087 which thou sawest are the seven  churches.

2) a lamp, the flame of which is fed with oil

Rev 4:5And out of the throne proceeded  lightnings and thunderings and  voices: and [there were] seven  lamps2985 of fire burning before the throne, which  are the seven Spirits of.

Mat 25:1Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took  their  lamps2985, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
