For the past 5-10 years, I've had to make a list of "what still gets me excitied about THIS life."
Why?
Because......I have felt so disengaged along the last few years.
 
And my list is getting SHORTER along the way.
 
Yes, I love my wife.....we have a good home, the kids are all fine and doing well......
 
But....
 
I feel like I'm just "killing time" ......just waiting for God's next BIG thing on His End Times agenda.
 
As the Chris Rice song "Smile" says....."Every minute seems like an hour....every day seems like a year"  (or something like that.....)  "I just want this waiting to be over...."
 
The "success" of business.....hasn't been a big motivator for me, for years....
The fun things of life.......aren't as fun any more......  not even golf.
 
I do still like to fly.....been flying for over 30 years.....was up this past Monday. Saw an old missionary friend on the east coast of Florida.....flew thru Kennedy Space Center - down the shuttle landing strip (haven't done that in 15 years!)....
 
But...... those moments of real enjoyment......are now fewer and fewer....

Something BIG is brewing in this world....and it ain't good.  (Read the article....right on target!)
I'm IN the Financial Business.....
 
Europe is on its last breathe....economically...politically......   the US ins't far behind.
NOTHING is being solved by our governments...
Morally...the decline is RIGHT IN OUR FACE......more so now that Obama has come out on gay marriage.
The National news, like the local news....is filled with news stories of the violence of one person against another....more now than ever before.....ALL OVER THE WORLD...
 
Blah Blah blah....
 
I just want to see God's hand move in a BIG way......soon....with a Pre-trib Rapture..
I just want this waiting.....to be over....
I do.......want to see all this happen........ to see what I've been taught about End  Times Bible prophecy come to pass......to see it all happen.....and to ....... finally....... be right, as well.
