I might be reading something into nothing here but, The Illuminati may of first named the Freedom Tower just that on purpose, only to then change it to the One World Center. To illustrate once again, that they are taking our freedom away, to replace it by a One World New Order.

 

 As MathMan would say (they simply love to mock the “Ignorant” (us) using tongue-in-cheek irony).
