Hello, John and Doves,

 

In view of the tremendous burdens we all face,

Remember,

    "28Then Jesus said, 'Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.' ”

The yoke is grace and the burden is love.

    "Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law."

Romans 13:10  NIV

 

Therefore, in the Christian's life, there is initial and ongoing repentance, that love may abound.

    "4Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. 6It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. 7Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance."
