Hi Doves,
 
This thought came to me today.  I'm sure we've all thought this before.  I know I have many times throughout my life, but now that we are actually getting to that Day......!!!
 
Here's my thought:  Whether we believe it or not, whether we want to or not, that just from the mere fact that we exist, we're going to meet our Creator!  Wow!  Double wow!! What an awesome, amazing, sobering, and humble reality that will be to actually see Him for who He is!!  
 
I know that I know Him personally, and He knows me.  I read His word, allowing His word to read me.  But even after all the studying, praying, fellowshipping with others, and posting on Five Doves, it still comes down to this one knowing: I am going to stand before Him one day!  And that Day most likely, will be this month or next!!
 
I don't know about you, but that is an overwhelming thought!  I mean, the One Who created all things: the planets, solar systems, galaxies, stars, all living things, even them that rebelled (Satan and the demons), and yet I think of that scripture that says, "What is man that You are mindful of him....?"  Yet He created me.  The more I think on this, the more a holy fearful comes over me to know we are going to meet face to face.  That makes me quiver!  That makes me somewhat nervous!  That puts a fear in me!  Even if found worthy to escape all these things?
 
And after all these emotions that I'm feeling right now, He reminds me of His cross, speaking to me through His action of love, hanging on a tree with nailed pierced hand and feet, with a crown of thorns on His head, this reminding me that He wants me to be home with Him.  Thank you Lord Jesus, thank you!
 
Alright.  I'm ready.  Come quickly Lord Jesus!!!
