This is partly speculation on my part, but, unfortunately, the news backs it up.

I believe some of these folks dressed in black that the Seattle police can't find our secret service agents.
Why do I say that, because it is a common tactic in controlling population.

Hitler used it with the Brown Shirts.

Romania used it to quell the minors protests after the supposed collapse of Communism.

They sent in thugs who beat the minors

The population knew it was part of the old regime

 

Obama intends to use chaos to take over.

Class warfare, blacks against whites, homosexuals against those who oppose it.

Economic issues will be inflamed to burn down established business

Chaos is coming, the ruler of chaos smiles, he knows he will get his way.

 

Russian troops here in 6 months?

That would be around election day.
