This angel  account was related to me directly by the person it happened to.

Many years ago, my wife and I as newlyweds were involved in a college campus ministry. Going there, of course, were many college students. some were already Christians, some became Christians through the ministry.

One young woman, a red headed twin, whise name I cant remember, told me that a few years earlier she had been driving out west somewhere. Traveling alone during the day on a road going through desert,  her car overheated. a broken hose pipe I believe, but she didn't known what had happened. there were no other cars on the road and no one around.

She got out and lifted the hood of the car. radiator steaming etc. She sat there concerned about her fate in the middle of nowhere. Suddenly, she heard a voice from behind the car's rear end ask her "Do you need any help?" or some similar query.  A man dressed in a suit with a shirt and tie came around to the front of the car. This startled her as no one was around. neither cars nor pedestrians. unnerved she reluctantly replied that she had car trouble but had no idea what it was. he volunteered to look for her. she stepped back and he found a broken radiator hose. Using something out of her trunk he "make-shift" repaired it. He then stated that "that should get you to the next town. Get in and start her up".  he shut the hood while she got in and started it up. in doing so, she momentarily lost track of him in her peripheral vision. She got out of the car to thank him, but he had disappeared. he was nowhere to be seen in this open flat desert countryside.

She said later that she remembered something about the man's tie.

It had a large lion on it.

She concluded the Lord had sent his angel to help her.
