we already know that "things out of the sea" are based on 23. Though 153 is not a number evenly divisible by 23, the verse placement number is:

26910 = 23 x 1170

as with

Moses (drawn out, of the water) hebrew gematria = 345 = 23 x 15

276 Sailors saved out of the sea in Acts = 23 x 12

1656 year of the flood = 23 x 72

etc

looking up all verses that have a total verse gematria of 2691 -

Isaiah 19:10
"And they shall be broken in the purposes thereof, all that make sluices and ponds for fish."

I think if we can hear from God's Spirit, and think like He thinks, we will get further down the road, ending up where it makes sense.

Jeremiah 9:23-24
"Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD."
