I merely add this conjectural info to that.

Since the time of day was 11:54 am in the west, and Strong's number 1154g was Damascus, it has occurred to me that the actual time of the destruction of Damascus, per Isaiah 17: 1 may, in fact, be 11:54 am. in some time zone.

I've also (wildly) conjectured in the past that the Resurrection of the Dead in Christ occurs at 9:40, am or pm.
