You grew up with everyone around you living their life. Concerned about worldly things watching tv you were told things were a certain way! Yet the way you were told and how things were actually done never added up! Maybe you went to a religious school and they had you pray to statues and when you asked should you not pray to God or Jesus directly you got smacked with a ruler! As a child you always felt on the outside looking in and did not know why! You tried to drink and party but never made you happy! One day you called upon Jesus someone gave you a bible and you read John and believed you said this is real love not the fake world kind and were baptized you called upon Jesus and He really showed up! You were excited and attended church for years got married did the vacation family thing but you noticed something strange! You read your bible and saw what Jesus said but outside of church no one talked about Jesus or really brought Him into the world! Political correctness! But everyone who was not Christian felt more then free to give you their advice! Bring up Jesus and get called a bible thumper! I would never thump my bible! Anyway you start reading and studying your bible more and praying and the more you do the more it dawns on you that hey your actually supposed to believe on Jesus and pick up your cries and follow Him and watch for Him and depend on Him! It's not church and football it's Jesus 24/7! As you realize this you start to understand your right back to feeling on the outside again! Perhaps your church begins to feel like a social club or the purpose driven kool aid has been drunk! You start to see signs that what the bible says like Israel came to be during the last generation and revelations and judgement and the rapture are not even topics discussed! Finally you just listen to God and the Holy Spirit. One day your pastor starts reading out of the message or says God may not always chose life or find your denomination supports Palistine and God calls you to be a watchman and sound the alarm to stand up for Gods word! And almost no one listens. But a strange thing occurs you start to listen to God and you do not try to quench the Holy Spirit and you start to try to cling to Jesus and walk in the spirit and not the world and truth the literalness of Gods word finds you and awakens you as the first day you came out of that water born again your awake and having taken the red pill you look around and see a world of blue pills and all the stuff you realize you thought was wrong with the world from the day you were born actually was and you were not wrong to feel not a part of the world because you never were! You try to warn and tell your family and friends what you know that Jesus is coming soon! You get no man knows the day or hour! But they never read their bible to go to but you brethren are not in darkness that the day should overtake you like a thief! We are going to know its at the door because Jesus told us to watch for Him to come back! And if He is our first love that's all we will care about! We will grudgingly do other stuff but not with a zeal! People don't want to hear the world is under Gods wrath and that Jesus is the only way to Heavan. If they believe in Jesus they don't want to watch because you cannot focus on your life in the world and focus on watching for Jesus it's one or the other! Last they don't want to focus on the earthquakes, the animal deaths, the Mideast, the whatever because it's depressing so why cannot we talk about normal things like you know Damcing with the stars or whatever? Why because is it so hard to grasp that it's a miracle that anything exists in the first place! Hey aethiests how come when they give you lie detector tests and you say you believe their is no god it says your lieing? Because he's self evident in the fact your here! It's a miracle anything at all even exists it should not except that there is a omnipotent all powerful being or creator that simply as God said His name I Am because He is we are! So is it hard to grasp a creator wanting His creation to be like Him or thank Him or praise Him or give Him the glory? That's why people don't come to Jesus because instinctively they know it means admiring the world does not revolve around them. Others just want to go with the flow. The churches do not speak of picking up the cross and following Jesus as more then symbolism, they do not teach the rapture as more then he's coming to take everyone who believes in Him but if people do. Or read that God is in judgement of this world and that we are supposed to put off our selves and put on Jesus and be in the world not of it they do not understand why it's so important to be found watchimg and praying when he comes! Does a groom want a bride who could care less if they finally tie the knot or wraith another ten years or a bride that longingly looking for the one who told them the truth and saved them from a life void of true love who was ways faithful always looking for their best interest and only asked the same in return? I am not perfect in fact I need Jesus every single second and nothing seems real without Him or meaningful! The world cannot understand I love someone not of it so I don't want to be here like this is where I belong. And so like bridesmaids that do not want to commit yet are mad that I am getting married and they are still single they don't want to hear about my groom. And I don't want to listen to their advice on marriage or how great it is to go to bars every night or whatever I know someone who showed me real love and all though I know I am way below his league by trying to emulate Him I can be a worthy bride! Please understand the pain of being a watchman of warning and mostly being dismissed we are in pain for those that dismiss us because the grooms father does not approve of any who reject his Sons offer of marriage and eternal life and His wrath is upon them! I accept Jesus courtship His Lordship and pray I be found watching and waiting when he comes a ready Bride because I know He's real he's coming and while I was lost in my sins desperately wanting out he saw me picked me up dusted me off clothed me in new Garmets and has provided me with everything until He returns having prepared for our wedding and life eternal together and all He asked was that I patiently wait and watch for Him to return and remain faithful to Him! Would you ask anything less of your bride? See most people are fed the kool aid from the day they are born! Work hard have pride be purpose driven go to church be a respectable good enough person and go to Heavan! At least that was how it was now its everyone can chose their path there is no right or wrong and the earth is more important than people! Both are lies! The truth is the whole of Gods purpose was to gather together as one all things His on heaven and Earth a peculiar people ( certainly describes my watching as viewed by others) zealous of good works! In other words God wants to spend eternity with loyal faithful beings like Him confirmed to his image and who line to do good and are faithful to Him out of love and the reverent knowledge that He is their creator and father and they should honor Him and walk with His Son in light and truth and not in vanity and self! We are jars of clay earthen vessels made to be a habitation for Gods Holy Spirit! Play dough images of our true selves don't be left out to crumble seek God let Him place you in the protective hand of Jesus so you may have eternal life! And do not hate the Messanger because he is delivering his fathers mail!
