"THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO RESPONDED TO MY QUESTION ABOUT MATTHEW 24:28....."

Dear Doves,

Thanks for the many responses to my question about the meaning and context of Matthew 24:28  I find it interesting that none of your responses agreed with one another, and that none of them agreed with my explanation either. At least none of you said that the word "carcass" might be referring to 'road-kill' as a sign of His coming as one Pastor did in my phone survey of local Pastors. I laughed about that one for a full day!

As to my rapture position, it is pre-wrath just as it was in the days of Noah and Lot. On the very same day that both Noah and Lot were 'saved' , God's wrath came down from heaven on the left-behind. The Scripture tells us that it be just like that on the day we are raptured.

Scripture tells us that God's wrath comes down first upon Israel only as the Gog-Magog War shortened tribulation of Isreal, and then "immediately after" the shortened tribulation of Israel we are raptured before He brings His wrath down upon the whole world. So you could say that I am 'post-wrath Israel' and 'pre-wrath whole world'. It is all written in the Scriptures.

Come Lord Jesus!
