Isaiah 63:4

"For the DAY of vengeance is My heart, and the YEAR of My redeemed has come." 

 

Luke 21:22

"For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled....For there will be great tribulation in the land and wrath upon THIS people."

 

Luke 21:28

"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."

 

 

Therefore: God's "days of vengeance" and "wrath upon this people", who are the non-believing people of Israel, will happen in "the year of My redeemed" which is the year of our rapture. So, "when these things begin to happen", ie. God's "days of vengeance" upon Israel,  we are to look up and lift up our heads because our redemption/rapture draws near. We are told to 'watch' for "when these things begin to happen" to Israel.
