"Could
the rapture occur on Pentecost and Tu B'Av be the wedding?"
I've seen some truly outstanding presentations for looking at
Pentecost as the day of the rapture. I have wondered to
myself if the actual wedding might fall 70 days later on Tu
B'Av. I'm not sure of the day count. This year the
gap between the two dates works out to 70 days if the dates are
inclusive (I think).
Tu B'Av was considered by the Jews in ancient times as the most
important holiday and celebrated with feasting and
marriages. In fact according to some Jewish traditions it
symbolically represented the marriage of the Messiah. In
years past I wrote quite a lot about Tu B'Av and its
significance so I won't belabor it now.
