Hello, John and Doves,
Linda, I hear your righteous indignation
over what's happening in California, and in fact the whole of the
USA. Please remember that prayer is far more powerful than
anything we can do in the flesh.
It is written,
"The king's heart [is] in the hand of the LORD, [Like] the rivers of water;
He turns it
wherever He wishes." Proverbs 21:1
This
means that, in prayer, we may choose the direction that any politician
will take concerning any issue.
For it is written,
"Delight
yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your
heart.
"Commit
your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring [it] to
pass."
Psalm 3:4-5
To make sure we know it is not our work in
the flesh that guarantees success, God says,
"Remember
the former things of old, For I [am] God, and [there is] no other; [I
am] God, and [there is] none like Me,
"Declaring
the end from the beginning, And from ancient times [things] that are
not [yet] done, Saying, 'My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My
pleasure,'
"Calling
a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a
far country. Indeed I have spoken [it]; I will also bring it to pass. I
have purposed [it]; I will also do it."
Isaiah 46:9-11
Our whole problem in the USA boils down to
the fact that there remains but a remnant to pray faithfully day
and night.
btw, Isaiah 46:11 refers obliquely to Cyrus
[Prophecy: Isaiah 44:28, ~740 to ~698 BC; Fulfillment:
Ezra 1:1, about 536 BC].

If you think that we are not in trouble; that we have nothing
to pray about; that you should not be politically involved to the max.
. . look at these and think again! Forward this to those you care
about. GET INVOLVED or we will have no country!

what is here and what is coming, "We The People" need to continue to
stand against this tide, or "We The People" will be washed away by it.
