Dr. Owuor said that he saw in a vision that the rapture will happen
when he calls the ushers to seat down.

In the video of the recent meeting in of Nyeri

at 1:50 he says "the ushers need to seat" while he is preaching
exactly about the rapture - but nothing happens.

Was he expecting himself that the rapture should happen at that
moment? Or maybe it will be during the very next meeting...?
