Read this article and the thought came to my mind.
Obama seems to be under the skirt of Ms Jarret, can't seem to make up his mind so he needs to be manipulated.
Then he takes credit.
I have read other articles like the one above.
He just does not seem to be of a very strong personality for what I think an AC should  be.
Maybe something happens to him that will change that but right now he is just the current person that is semi in charge.
