Thank you for your encouraging words, Edwina. It's good to know that everyone else is feeling the sadness and frustration and that I'm not just being neurotic ! I must say, my beautiful garden is the only thing that lifts my heart at the moment. Everything else has become an enormous effort. I've lost my mojo !! I am praying hard to regain some positivity.
 
We live in Oxfordshire (thank the LORD for the much needed rain we had on the weekend - my garden is beaming with pleasure) Do you live anywhere near?
