Re: the identity of the beast,  maybe i'm a little behind the 8 ball here but has anyone considered that the king with the head wound might be Barack Obama (we've all seen the massive scar)?  And all the BC stuff has been simply a diversionary tactic?  If so then THIS would be heavy confirmation that he won't be leaving office anytime soon as well as confirmation that we truly are within the 5 year range of the start of the tribulation period.  Just curious, thoughts?
