"Not a dream, not a vision, but a real glimpse!"
Last night my daughter and I were walking
to her car. Right in the middle of the sidewalk stood a young
woman facing our direction with a very sad, stunned look on her
face. My daughter said "Are you alright? Is there anything
we can do for you?" The young woman just shook her head "no", but
at the same time, she showed a man's wedding ring that was apparently
just left in her hand.
After I went to bed, I couldn't get the girl out of my mind. Of
course I prayed for her, but I couldn't help but think of how it will
be when the rapture happens and a person would be standing holding a
loved one's hand one second and only a ring the next. And of
course then there is nothing we can do for them and they will not be
alright and any opportunity we might have had to witness to them will
have slipped through our fingers.
