Ready Or Not
Jesus who shed His blood for each of us and did atone.
He is coming soon for His lambs, His
bride, His very own.
It's a voyage that none of us want
to miss or ever postpone.
He'll rise up, depart and descend from His heavenly throne.
With a shout, an
angels voice and a
trump through
heavens megaphone.
We'll hear come up here,
come to me, you are mine and you are going home.
We'll leave this world,
It's sin and death which have forever been overthrown.
We are going to a place
with perfect joy
and peace and a love
like we have never known.
We are going to a place so
wonderful that no
human mind could ever imagine, it is so unknown.
We are going to the place God
Himself prepared for each of us, for eternity, the place we will soon call our home.
Ready or not, Jesus is coming soon
for those who love him. It's a part of God's
perfect plan, a
plan that we can't
just ignore
or disown. Ready
or not, we
are going home.
