US Central Command suspends leave & liberty for US service members and DoD civilian employees within the CENTCOM AOR to prevent transmission of COVID-19. 

CDC formally says now is the time for businesses, hospitals, communities, schools & individuals to begin preparing to respond to coronavirus.

Plus CDC's numerous travel advisories to various countries now. These travel warnings will continue as the virus spreads.  Also, daily flights are cut by the various airlines to various countries.  The situation is very fluid.
