"A Dream This Morning"

To Doves

An Urgent Dream the morning of Mar. 4,'17

The Lord wanted me to share this even before having my daily morning devotionals.  When getting up, I quickly penciled the details of this dream so as not to forget:

Suddenly there was a knock at my door. As I looked out the window, there was an older man dressed in a suit and he was yelling loudly, "Tonight is the night." He repeated that 2 or 3 times and then he proceeded to my neighbors' homes doing the same thing. He came back around and his urgency and
very trustworthy demeanor caused me to unlock the door and have him in.  Out of curiosity I started to
ask him (and compare) spiritual issues and questions. We were in very much agreement. After
quite a while of discussion, we got up and as I glanced outdoors and two bicycle riders were going by....one of who struck me as quite sad. I ran outdoors barefoot to tell them of Jesus, and my feet being cold, asked the man to fetch my shoes...which he did. The riders sped up and then after they rode  about another block, turned around and  slowly came back. (I had been shouting to them.)  I told them Jesus is coming back soon -
even maybe tonight. (My memory fails me on what
happened next, other than their respectful listening.)

Note: This dream was written in the present tense,
but I'm sharing it in the past tense. This point strikes me as possibly significant, either prophetically or
reliving the details of the dream while writing it, or
even both.

(Continued)

There were young partiers across the street...they
would open their door and close it...lots of noise.
Two of them had left and were walking away. The
man (whom I'd mentioned earlier) went up to one
and said, "He's coming soon." I stepped up to the other and said, "Jesus could come back tonight...It's time to be ready now." We told this to the other one also.
They knelt down and we each prayed with one.
While doing this, the party-goers were mocking us
by opening the door, turning up the 'music' and
then shutting the door and turning it down, repeatedly. When the prayer was finished, and the
men had accepted the Lord, the young men got up
and one of them was smiling broadly. They were
filled with the joy of salvation.

Note:  I didn' t know if the Lord wanted to add anything to this dream, so I started my coffee-maker
and then lay back in my recliner and shut my eyes...
receptive to any possibility but didn't have further
dreaming.  This dream began with urgency and ended with the joy of salvation.

If there are any questions (or comments) about the dream, please ask and I will answer them the best I can.

Love, grace, & peace,
