They are the resurrected Dead in Christ and raptured Alive in Christ when Jesus Christ came down from the clouds to meet them in the air.

This happened at the Sixth Vial Judgement right before the punishment of the Great Prostitute, Mystery Babylon, the Mother of Harlots; and the Armageddon War.
