Biblical/Historical Events that took place on the
7th day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread:
The Israelites crossed the Red Sea
"He that
believes in Me shall NEVER walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life." The Israelites
started to cross the Red Sea at night, and walked "in
the light" throughout the night, while the Egyptians
were in total darkness and could see nothing. This
happened as the 7th day of Unleavened
Bread was starting. This is the night of March
31st and is still the true Feast
of Firstfruits in the US.
Leviticus
23:9-11
Offering the Firstfruits
The Lord said to Moses,“Speak to the Israelites
and say to them: ‘When you enter the land I am going to
give you and you reap its harvest, bring to the priest a
sheaf of the first grain you harvest. He is to wave the
sheaf before the Lord so it will be accepted on your
behalf; the priest is to wave it on the day after
the Sabbath.
Sunday is always the correct day of the week for both
Firstfruits and Pentecost, according to what the Lord
told the Jewish people to do.
The true Firstfruits this year is March 31, 2013,
Easter Sunday. It's the 6th day of Unleavened Bread. The 7th day of Unleavened Bread
begins at sundown in Israel, which is still Easter
Sunday and the Feast of Firstfruits in the US.
The Sudden
Destruction of the Egyptians after the Israelites
crossed over into the DESERT happened on the 7th day of
Unleavened Bread. We are given
wings and taken to the DESERT to a "place prepared for
us" for 1260 days. Jesus said, "I go to prepare a place
for you so that where I am, you may be also."
'You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt,
and how I carried you on eagles' wings and brought
you to myself." Exodus 19:4
"The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle,
so that she might fly to the place prepared for her
in the wilderness, where she would be taken care
of for a time, times and half a time, out of the
serpent’s reach." Revelation 12:14
"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will
come back and take you to be with me that you
also may be where I am." John 14:3
