"My quiet time last night - fresh revelation"

Last night was an amazing night of revelation during my quiet time. I opened my Bible and it opened right to Isaiah 66.

“These are the ones I look on with favor:
    those who are humble and contrite in spirit,
    and who tremble at my word.
But whoever sacrifices a bull
    is like one who kills a person,
and whoever offers a lamb
    is like one who breaks a dog’s neck;
whoever makes a grain offering
    is like one who presents pig’s blood,
and whoever burns memorial incense
    is like one who worships an idol.
They have chosen their own ways,
    and they delight in their abominations;
so I also will choose harsh treatment for them
    and will bring on them what they dread.
For when I called, no one answered,
    when I spoke, no one listened.
They did evil in my sight
    and chose what displeases me.”

Hear the word of the Lord,
    you who tremble at his word:
“Your own people who hate you,
    and exclude you because of my name, have said,
‘Let the Lord be glorified,
    that we may see your joy!’
    Yet they will be put to shame.
Hear that uproar from the city,
    hear that noise from the temple!
It is the sound of the Lord
    repaying his enemies all they deserve.

“Before she goes into labor,
    she gives birth;
before the pains come upon her,
    she delivers a son.
Who has ever heard of such things?
    Who has ever seen things like this?
Can a country be born in a day
    or a nation be brought forth in a moment?
Yet no sooner is Zion in labor
    than she gives birth to her children.
Do I bring to the moment of birth
    and not give delivery?” says the Lord.
“Do I close up the womb
    when I bring to delivery?” says your God.
“Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her,
    all you who love her;
rejoice greatly with her,
    all you who mourn over her.
For you will nurse and be satisfied
    at her comforting breasts;
you will drink deeply
    and delight in her overflowing abundance.”

For this is what the Lord says:

“I will extend peace to her like a river,
    and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream;
you will nurse and be carried on her arm
    and dandled on her knees.
As a mother comforts her child,
    so will I comfort you;
    and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.”

When you see this, your heart will rejoice
    and you will flourish like grass;
the hand of the Lord will be made known to his servants,
    but his fury will be shown to his foes.
See, the Lord is coming with fire,
    and his chariots are like a whirlwind;
he will bring down his anger with fury,
    and his rebuke with flames of fire.
For with fire and with his sword
    the Lord will execute judgment on all people,
    and many will be those slain by the Lord.

Those who consecrate and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one who is among those who eat the flesh of pigs, rats and other unclean things—they will meet their end together with the one they follow,” declares the Lord.

“And I, because of what they have planned and done, am about to come and gather the people of all nations and languages, and they will come and see my glory.

“I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations—to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians (famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations. And they will bring all your people, from all the nations, to my holy mountain in Jerusalem as an offering to the Lord—on horses, in chariots and wagons, and on mules and camels,” says the Lord. “They will bring them, as the Israelites bring their grain offerings, to the temple of the Lord in ceremonially clean vessels. And I will select some of them also to be priests and Levites,” says the Lord.

The Lord then led me to look at Leviticus 23:

Offering the Firstfruits

The Lord said to Moses, “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you enter the land I am going to give you and you reap its harvest, bring to the priest a sheaf of the first grain you harvest. He is to wave the sheaf before the Lord so it will be accepted on your behalf; the priest is to wave it on the day after the Sabbath. On the day you wave the sheaf, you must sacrifice as a burnt offering to the Lord a lamb a year old without defect, together with its grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil—a food offering presented to the Lord, a pleasing aroma—and its drink offering of a quarter of a hin of wine. You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

I was then led to Luke 22:
When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.”

After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you. For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”

Here is what the Lord showed me from these verses:
1. The pure in heart will go "into the gardens" at the same time as the "Sudden Destruction" - they will meet their end together. The chariots, or whirlwind, will take us to be with the Lord, just as in the recent movie, "Oz, the Great and Powerful". He goes into the "whirlwind" and ends up in a land that resembles "heaven".

2 Kings 2: As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. Elisha saw this and cried out, “My father! My father! The chariots and horsemen of Israel!” And Elisha saw him no more. Then he took hold of his garment and tore it in two.

Elijah represents the Firstfruits taken at the time of the Rapture and Elisha represents the Christians who are left behind, who will tear their clothes and wear sackcloth - symbols of repentance - for 1260 days.

2. There is only one Feast day of the year in which ONE lamb is killed and grain offering is presented to the Lord. That is on the Feast of Firstfruits, which is the day after the Sabbath during the Feast of Unleavened Bread (March 31 this year). Isaiah 66 mentions a lamb being killed and grain offerings being presented. The Lord is saying that these offerings are an abomination to Him and likens them to a pig being offered, a reference to the abomination that was set up in 168 BC, when a pig was slaughtered on the altar on what would later become the first day of Hanukkah. Isaiah 66 links the Feast of Firstfruits (lamb killed/grain offerings) to the Rapture event (chariots/whirlwind/purified taken into the "gardens"/abominable destroyed on the same day).

3. Jesus also linked the "Wedding Supper of the Lamb" to the Feast of Firstfruits. He said that He would not eat of the bread again until it found fulfillment in the Kingdom of God. Grain offerings and wine were given on the Feast of Firstfruits, a reminder of the Last Supper, when Jesus said this: "For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God" (Luke 22). The Lord commanded the Israelites that when they entered the Promised Land, that they could not eat bread until the Feast of Firstfruits: You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God (Leviticus 23). Jesus was pointing to this verse when He said that He would not eat the bread again until it found fulfillment in the Kingdom of God. He was telling His disciples that He was the fulfillment of Firstfruits and that He would fulfill it again by waiting for us to enter the Promised Land and then we would celebrate together by eating the bread and drinking the wine, on the Feast of Firstfruits. He was telling us that He would offer us as firstfruits to the Lord on the Feast of Firstfruits and then on that day, He would again eat the bread and drink the wine, to fulfill the Feast, in which God had commanded the Israelites to NOT EAT BREAD UNTIL THE DAY OF FIRSTFRUITS after they entered the Promised Land.

I then turned the pages in my Bible and it opened right to Ezekiel 7 and the title stared at me: The End Has Come!

The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, this is what the Sovereign Lord says to the land of Israel:

“‘The end! The end has come
    upon the four corners of the land!
The end is now upon you,
    and I will unleash my anger against you.
I will judge you according to your conduct
    and repay you for all your detestable practices.
I will not look on you with pity;
    I will not spare you.
I will surely repay you for your conduct
    and for the detestable practices among you.

“‘Then you will know that I am the Lord.’

“This is what the Sovereign Lord says:

“‘Disaster! Unheard-of disaster!
    See, it comes!
The end has come!
    The end has come!
It has roused itself against you.
    See, it comes!
Doom has come upon you,
    upon you who dwell in the land.
The time has come! The day is near!
    There is panic, not joy, on the mountains.

I am about to pour out my wrath on you
    and spend my anger against you.
I will judge you according to your conduct
    and repay you for all your detestable practices.
I will not look on you with pity;
    I will not spare you.
I will repay you for your conduct
    and for the detestable practices among you.

“‘Then you will know that it is I the Lord who strikes you.

“‘See, the day!
    See, it comes!
Doom has burst forth,
    the rod has budded,
    arrogance has blossomed!
Violence has arisen,
    a rod to punish the wicked.
None of the people will be left,
    none of that crowd—
none of their wealth,
    nothing of value.
The time has come!
    The day has arrived!

Let not the buyer rejoice
    nor the seller grieve,
    for my wrath is on the whole crowd.
The seller will not recover
    the property that was sold—
    as long as both buyer and seller live.
For the vision concerning the whole crowd
    will not be reversed.
Because of their sins, not one of them
    will preserve their life.

“‘They have blown the trumpet,
    they have made all things ready,
but no one will go into battle,
    for my wrath is on the whole crowd.
Outside is the sword;
    inside are plague and famine.
Those in the country
    will die by the sword;
those in the city
    will be devoured by famine and plague.
The fugitives who escape
    will flee to the mountains.
Like doves of the valleys,
    they will all moan,
    each for their own sins.
Every hand will go limp;
    every leg will be wet with urine.
They will put on sackcloth
    and be clothed with terror.
Every face will be covered with shame,
    and every head will be shaved.

(Amos 8: In that day,” declares the Sovereign Lord,

“I will make the sun go down at noon
    and darken the earth in broad daylight.
I will turn your religious festivals into mourning
    and all your singing into weeping.
I will make all of you wear sackcloth
    and shave your heads.
I will make that time like mourning for an only son
    and the end of it like a bitter day.)

“‘They will throw their silver into the streets,
    and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean.
Their silver and gold
    will not be able to deliver them
    in the day of the Lord’s wrath.
It will not satisfy their hunger
    or fill their stomachs,
    for it has caused them to stumble into sin.
They took pride in their beautiful jewelry
    and used it to make their detestable idols.
They made it into vile images;
    therefore I will make it a thing unclean for them.
I will give their wealth as plunder to foreigners
    and as loot to the wicked of the earth,
    who will defile it.
I will turn my face away from the people,
    and robbers will desecrate the place I treasure.
They will enter it
    and will defile it.

“‘Prepare chains!
    For the land is full of bloodshed,
    and the city is full of violence.
I will bring the most wicked of nations
    to take possession of their houses.
I will put an end to the pride of the mighty,
    and their sanctuaries will be desecrated.
When terror comes,
    they will seek peace in vain.
Calamity upon calamity will come,
    and rumor upon rumor.
They will go searching for a vision from the prophet,
    priestly instruction in the law will cease,
    the counsel of the elders will come to an end.
The king will mourn,
    the prince will be clothed with despair,
    and the hands of the people of the land will tremble.
I will deal with them according to their conduct,
    and by their own standards I will judge them.

“‘Then they will know that I am the Lord.’”
