It is absolutely AMAZING to me that the US Government got from around July of 2011....UNTIL NOW...

 

WITHOUT agreeing on budget cuts.   WOW!!

 

In a post many many months ago....I asked this same question:

 

WHO WILL BE THE FIRST TO SAY THEY ARE WILLING TO TAKE LESS....FROM THE US GOVERNMENT?

 

I believe I said....LOOK AT GREECE.   WHO THERE was willing to say it?

 

The answer.....there and then in Greece....as NOW in the United States....  NO ONE!!

 

We all are saying...." WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO TAKE LESS THAN I DESERVE......THAN I WAS PROMISED??"

 

And, not even the US Government can find it in them to vote for ANYONE to take less.

 

OH NO.....If they do that.....their opponents will certainly (and they will) use it against them in the next election...and it is ALL about WINNING the NEXT ELECTION....for almost ALL OF THEM.  IN Congress, the Senate/House and in the White House. 

 

DEAR GOD ALMIGHTY..... and I've said this for a couple years....WE ARE DOOMED.

 

HEY...the government can't even find it in them to vote to allow the US Postal Service to do things they NEED TO DO to keep from running a deficit.  They should have done away with Saturday service years ago!!  They should MAKE EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD IN AMERICA GO TO "cluster boxes" rather than have mail boxes right in front of their home.  Yes, this would be an inconvenience (even to ME) but HEY...IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!

 

But Nooooooooooooooooooooo......................NO ONE IN Congress wants to vote YES on this.

 

HEY...If you can't agree on the SIMPLE decisions...NO WONDER WE ARE IN THIS MESS!!!!

 

Dear God....Obama said a few months back to Boehner "WE DO NOT HAVE A SPENDING PROBLEM"

 

Geeeezzz I hope the Rapture this THIS MOnth. 

STUPID is as STUPID does....

And the whole lot of our government is getting more and more stupid!!!

And I'm just tired of it...and I want to go HOME!!!! 

 

I just want this waiting to be OVER!!
