Obama and Francis I Pretending to be AC and FP?

Tom I think it is at Another Voice puts forward the idea that Obama and Francis I are clearly pretending to be the

AC and FP in order to deceive us all so that the REAL AC and FP can get into the action by defeating them later on.

(If I understand him correctly)

However, I can't really see any purpose behind all that. If anyone here can then please let us know.
