"Someone may ask, "Can God count?""

Hello, John and Doves,

Due to the plethora of failed Rapture date guesses,
someone may ask, "Can God count?"

Let's explore that theme.

It is written,

12"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name, 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God."

John 1:12-13  NASB

About Jesus, the prophet Isaiah writes,

"When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins."

Isaiah 53:11  NLT

There are many other examples.  Yes, God can count--in the way that matters for you and me.
All sins are forgiven for all those who lean on [put their whole weight on] Jesus Christ for their salvation.

In point of fact, God is so comfortable with big numbers that He confidently uses the word, "whosoever."

It is written,

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 3:16  KJV
