I want you to know that I really enjoy reading your letters and always look for them.  I especially enjoy the ones concerning astronomical events.  Recently, we had both posted letters on the same day and we were both looking at the date of 3-23-13.
 
I had begun writing a reply to you, regarding this letter, the day that it posted, but I didn’t get to finish it, so now I’m writing this one.   I also have a question to ask you at the end of this letter.

I really enjoyed this and wow, 3-23-2013 is the anniversary of “Hitler’s Enabling Act”.  It seems like history is repeating itself and that’s pretty scary.

Below is the letter that I had posted on the same day.  I’m really starting to think that March 23rd could be an important day and also the days leading up to it and the days that follow it.  It seems like it is to the point now, that nearly every day, something significant could happen or does happen.  I can hardly keep up with everything.

Several years ago, I bought the book “Witness of the Stars”.  I had just started reading it and took it with me on a visit to my Mom and Stepfather.  He was very interested in it, so I gave it to him.  I had intended to pick up another copy for myself, but never did. 

From the things that you write, I think that you must be very familiar with the subject and have a much better understanding of what the signs in the heavens mean, than I do.   I know that the signs mean something, it’s just that I don’t know what they mean.

You wrote about the Comet PanStarrs in your letter, too.  You may already be aware of this, but in case you’re not, this comet was discovered on the night of June 5th & 6th of 2012.  There was a lunar eclipse on June 4th and the Transit of Venus on June 6th.  I think that the discovery of the comet at that time is significant.

There is something that I found in late December, that I had intended to write about before now.  I had actually forgotten about it until last week when I read a post by John on RFTH.  He mentioned Castor and Pollux (Gemini), the name of the ship in Acts.  It sparked my memory and I knew that I had to find this and tell you about it.  Below are some of my notes from December and part of the articles and links to them.

Possible New Meteor Showers Radiating from PISCES, the 2 FISH
THESE METEOR SHOWERS MIGHT BE CALLED PISCIDS BECAUSE THEY RADIATE FROM THE CONSTELLATION PISCES, THE 2 FISH!  (do not confuse these with the Perseid Meteor Showers)
These have already passed.  They came at the same time as the peak of the Geminids.  Interesting that the comet they originate from was discovered in 1948 and also that they radiate from Pisces.  Comet Wirtanen will pass 7,220,000 miles from earth in 2018. That's closer than Comet ISON which will pass 39,000,000 miles from earth.

A New Meteor Shower in December?
Comet Wirtanen was discovered in 1948, just after World War II, and takes 5.4 years to orbit the sun.  It reaches its closest point to the sun just outside Earth's orbit.  Although this comet has skirted Earth's orbit many times, Earth has not run into its debris streams before.  2012 could be different.  The new shower doesn't have a name yet.  Before naming it, astronomers will wait to see if it is real.  If any meteors do materialize, they might be called "Piscids."  The shower's radiant is located in the constellation Pisces, according to Maslov's dynamical models of the debris stream.

NASA officials say a never-before-seen show could come from comet Wirtanen, which is in the Jupiter family of comets (so-called because their orbits are altered by their close passage to the gas giant Jupiter).

46P/Wirtanen was discovered photographically on January 17, 1948(6th of Shevat), by the American astronomer Carl A. Wirtanen.  On 16 December 2018 (8th of Tevet) the comet will pass 0.0777 AU (11,620,000 km; 7,220,000 mi) from Earth.  Observers in Australia reported that on the night of December 14, 2012, as many as a dozen meteors were seen emanating from the predicted radiant in the constellation of Pisces.

I found a website, not long ago, that shows so many things about the movement of the planets, etc.  It is a lot more informative than some of the other astronomy websites that I’ve seen and I thought that you might be interested in having a look at it.  Below is part of an article about the movement of Venus in 2013 and a link to the website.

Venus becomes lost from view in the dawn twilight as it approaches the boundary with Aquarius, the Water-Bearer, which it enters on February 23rd.
(I don’t know what this means, but Purim began at sundown on 2-23-2013.)
The planet reaches superior conjunction (passing behind the Sun as seen from the Earth) in the constellation of Pisces, the Fishes, on March 28th 2013.  Having passed from the morning to the evening sky, Venus remains out of view - lost in the solar glare - for over a month, as it makes its slow passage on the far side of its orbit from the Earth. The planet becomes visible once again from around early May 2013, when it is seen shortly after sunset as an 'Evening Star' in the Western sky, heralding a new evening apparition (2013-14) which lasts through to January 2014.

March 28th is 17th of Nisan, Firstfruits, Resurrection Day.  Venus is in Pisces hidden from Earth behind the Sun and is not visible again until early May (I wish I knew what day it becomes visible again).  Also, there were the new meteor showers from the constellation Pisces in December.  These are the two things that I have questions about and I know that you can explain the meanings of these things.
