There's been a number of discussions lately about papal anagrams.  Let me add this comment.  I think if G-d has a message for us in an anagram, it won't be in English unless its about an English cardinal.  A Latin anagram could make sense with any pope, since Latin is the language of the Catholic Church.  An anagram in the native tongue of that cardinal might make sense.  But an English anagram about a French cardinal does not make sense. 

I am not endorsign anagrams, and I doubt there's an anagram message in anyone's name, and don't expect one to exist.  But I am just trying to make a point about making a logical connection on what language to examine such a concept in.  Teh whole world does not speak English, and it is not generally the language we would decode anything in that is outside of English speaking culture.
