I am a big fan of Dr. Owuor, but I don't believe that God told or shown him the timing of the Rapture??  Even Jesus and the Angels don't know.  I do believe that God showed Dr. Owuor what the Rapture would be like?
 
There are thousands of people who were lucky enough to see the Rapture happen, but if you look into their Rapture Dreams/Vision, they are all different.
 
 
Jesus will come when God tells him too.
