Here's a good case for the Divine design behind Strong's numbers.

We know that then number 37 is a number God has specifically chosen
for certain holy things.

total verse gematria for Genesis 1:1 = 2701 = 37 x 73

total hebrew gematria for the High Priest breastpiece (with all the
names of the tribes of Israel) = 3700 = 37 x 100

greek gematria for the holy name Jesus = 888 = 37 x 24

greek gematria for Christ = 1480 = 37 x 40

so ....

this makes sense:

Strong's hebrew number for the name "Israel" =

3478 = 37 x 94

this also makes sense:

the bookend of the Strong's 3478 hebrew word, i.e. 3478 greek =

Nazareth

a blind man can see it. God shows forth His Beauty and His Design in
these things.
