Greetings John and Doves,
     Can we even count the times The Lord and sent Biblical proportion storms to America after Our Leaders have attempted to divide the Land of Israel. It's 11:30 p.m. CST as I write this. We are being hit with a freak snow storm in the Capitol of Obama's Political Home State of Illinois. The last record for March was set in 1906 at 9". My front yard has 13" as I write this and 2-4" more by morning. I've seen a lot of closings in 52 yrs especially schools but never the county court houses and so far two (Moultrie and Macon) and I expect more by morning. We are used to snow here and have the equipment and procedures in place to handle this. My memory goes back to '72 with 12" and I was only 12 years old but we've never had more than that since (we have tied it a couple times)  so this is big.
