"Why I believe Steve
Quail does not believe in pre trib rapture"
I think the important thing to recognize about a messenger like
Steve Quail is to distinguish to whom God has sent him with his
specific message. I do not think he was sent to us who are
watching and are ready to be raptured and therefore his message
is as if there was no rapture for indeed for those to whom he
was sent with his message of warning, there is no rapture for
they are not ready but this does not mean that there is no
rapture at all. And any of those who will hear him and repent
can still get in and be included in our rapture until it comes
and the door is shut. Many have been lulled into a false sense
of security and will be unpleasently surprised when they find
that their escape did not occur and as Quail said, many will
become angry and renounce Christ and turn on Christians because
they have always looked at it as 'what's in it for me?' anyway
(although many of them will repent and be still saved during the
tribulation but have to die).
So do not be troubled by Quail's saying that there is no pre
trib rapture or that the preaching of it was some trick to
ensnare people into a false hope. This does not have anything to
do with our blessed hope except to say that we are to not let it
steal our hope or crown because we the bride who love His
appearing are still escaping first.
I think of Steve Quail like Apostle Paul was to the Jew, as "one
born out of due time" or premature. Because Paul was like a Jew
at the end of time who will look on Him whom they pierced and
finally receive Him but Paul came early because God selected him
to be His messenger. Likewise, God selected Steve Quail who
admits to having been very carnal up until God grabbed him and
made him His messenger to other carnal ones so that they might
hear the message of warning. His message is for those who need
it but don't let it steal your crown if you are not one to whom
he was sent. Rather let it encourage us because the time is at
hand for our deliverance.
