I watched the video "Young Girl Goes To Hell" and I'm quite confused as to why anyone would send this to anyone.  First let me say it clearly and distinctly denies the atonement, and tells people to depend upon their own works to get to heaven, which denies the Bible, which says the only way to get to heaven is through the atoning of Jesus on the cross, which pays for our sins.

I refer you to Ephesians 2:8-9 Which specifically states not of works!  Of course there is always the standby of: Not by works of righteousness, but by His mercy has He saved us, and the oldie but goodie John 3:16, and 3:18.  He that believeth hath everlasting life, but he that believeth not is condemned already.

If salvation came by works then Jesus wasted His time in coming and dying on the cross.

But then there is this:  Just like most videos of this type it has zero basis in fact as satan and the demons are not the rulers in hell, nor are they the torturers, they are PRISONERS!  They are there to be punished, not to punish.

And where exactly did God describe doing things in our own strength?  ... I can tell you!  It's where He spoke of wood, hay, and stubble that will be burned up because those works are useless to God.

So once again, we have a person who created a video to instill fear, not faith, and represents what they say as coming from God, while it is a distortion of what God says.  In fact it's all a lie, none of it is true.

One would think that people would first check out these video messages by viewing them through the filter of God's Word.  That's what I try to do.  Oh, I've been fooled on occasion, but those occasions are fewer as time goes on.
