Dear Nike P and Doves,
This is in reference to your letter of March 24th:

"So all through the old testament God had told the Israelites to wipe out the giants! But they didn't. So mankind has been thoroughly contaminated by mixing of the seed, as stated in Daniel 2: 43......And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44.....And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever."
In the portion of your letter which talks about Daniel 2:43 - I was comparing this passage to the NIV and it has a different take on this passage. There is a very lengthy discussion on this passage at the following URL:

I believe all the translations and interpretations have a very different understanding of this passage than what you propose. Most translations point to mixing of races of men, in this case iron and clay, which represents in my understanding the dilution of the empire with different races of men from its origin (Iron). This can also represent not only genetic mixing, but all aspects human social activity. The slow migration of the world to "a pseudo democracy". This is a pattern to this very day.
God Bless You All.
