Dear brother in Christ. I know you love your wife and family very much. My point was that as head of the household you're given authority to pray on their behalf- very good book on this by Charles Kraft/ I give you authority.
I empathise- my beautiful much beloved daughter is not walking with the Lord and I'm in intercessory prayer for her/ truthfully it's breaking my heart.
So - I know. But you're lucky as you have authority re your wife whether she knows it or not. Pray for her using that authority and don't talk about end times with her- she will back away even more if you try to force it. It will all come out exactly as God intends- just love.
