"Praying for
unbelieving relatives, to Robert and Jane, and also
concerning Jean S."
Me too! I am a "widow in Israel", I thought
to myself this morning, for I have no men in my family who are
believers, neither father, nor husband, nor son.
Only a little boy of seven who says he believes, but he is not
yet a man. My husband, who was a believer, died January 6,
2009, Epiphany, and I like to think of him having the epiphany
of the Lord that day. (the Great Appearing).
I pray for your husband, Jane, and I pray for your daughter,
Robert, to receive the Holy Spirit in power and glory so that
suddenly they accept the Lord.
I know there are others who need a prayer for their unbelieving
relatives, so together let's pray for all of those.
My son is one of those who ridicules Christians, who goes so far
as to claim that there are more mosques burned by Christians
than churches burned by Muslims.
Life becomes very weary when one is cut off from family belief
in this way. I hope Jean S. is right, and the 70th week of
Daniel begins this weekend, Nissan 9 and 10,
commemorating the entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem, the time the
Jews should have accepted Christ, but because they did not, then
the last week could not yet
occur. Let their week begin, oh Lord, and let us and our
families come home to you, on, as Jean says "a day they thought
not."
