"To Jane"
Dear Jane,

I was pleased to hear that you are improving, and I also do not
like taking pain-killers, but sometimes they are helpful. I am
also pleased to hear that my message was encouraging to you. It
was the first message here that included a picture. I thought it
was beautiful and would help your spirits - and since it did I
have added another one to this message!
I don't know your situation at all, but I am on medications that
reduce the amount of Coenzyme-Q10 (CoQ10) and that causes muscle
pain if I do not take CoQ10 pills with the medications. If you
are taking meds that interfere with CoQ10 you might want to try
adding these pills to counteract the effect of the meds.
Coenzyme-Q10 is used by the body at the cellular level and is
non-toxic and completely safe to use since it is already a vital
part of the body's chemistry.
One of the CoQ10 offenders is statin drugs, like Lipitor,
Crfestor and Simvastatin, that many take to reduce cholesterol.
The effect of any meds can be found by searching on Interne,t or
reading in Prescription/Over the Counter Drugs handbook. My
source of 100mg CoQ10 capsules is Pure Prescriptions online and
they work great, except they are somewhat expensive ($59 for 60
softgels of 100mg). These caps are said to be more potent than
the usual drugstore brands.
I will continue to keep you in my prayers for the immediate
future days, until I sense that you are moving forward with
renewed peace and joy into life's next challenge. Let me know if
you have any further prayer requests. It was a pleasure to be of
service.
Hang in there my dear friend, and sister in Christ. I pray God
will continue to bless you and in time restore you to a
pain-free life -- hopefully before the rapture, and definitely
more so after the rapture! I look forward to meeting you in
heaven.
With love,
Robert
