"More for Mike
Plunkett"
Mike,
I don't have any knowledge of Nimrod, that is to say I have not
researched that topic. Does scripture really specify when
the AC will be wounded in the head? I know BHO already has
a serious scar on his head, maybe behind the right ear. It
was posted here on Doves some months ago. Is it going to
be a literal head wound or a spiritual symbol? I am not
sure, Revelation contains so much symbolism.
I have something for you to consider here. I once read
this statement and know the truth of it...."Scripture reads
differently for those in the Spirit than for those under the
law." This is another of those things that is not truly
understood by the institutional church. They teach that
when we "accept Christ" we move into the Spirit (best way I can
put it.) That just ain't so. We have a lot of flesh
to be dealt with and it is the law that deals with the
flesh. If we will seek the Lord's purging (that requires a
VERY personal relationship with Him) then He can bring us into
the Spirit but there is a lot of tribulation, discipline and
chastisements, required through a lot of painful obedience to
bring this about. Watchman Nee's book "The Release of the
Spirit" has been a topic of discussion here recently and in it
he deals with this matter. Should be required reading for
all serious seekers.
As far as being a warrior goes I personally am in constant
conflict with the spiritual forces that seek to defeat God's
plans for His creation and people. It is a here and now
battle. Consider Zerubbabel in Zechariah. Zerubbabel
means "one out of mixture and confusion" and he levels the great
mountain not by might and power but by the spirit of the
Lord. Once Father has cleansed us of our unrighteousness
we become a force of power in the heavenlies and though we can't
"see" it we fight great battles in that realm. Presently
it can be extremely taxing on the emotions and body but when the
transformation occurs we will have a greater anointing AND
renewed (even glorified?) bodies. We will then be fully
equipped (supernaturally) for the tasks we will be assigned.
I don't have any more on your dream, Mike. I just don't
understand the symbolism.
I want to discuss your comments about not living up to standards
but I need to get away from this and give thought how to best
respond. I do see an attitude of self-condemnation in your
statements and if you can get to the root of that you should
then be able to see yourself as Father sees you. We can
discuss it here on Doves where others might read and benefit or
we can take it to email but I do feel that the matter deserves
to be separated from the larger discussion going on between
us. My email is oakson144@yahoo.com if you want to use
it. In fact email me anyway, OK?
