To the Five Doves,

Daniel 9:25 accurately foretold the time of the first coming of Jesus Christ.  Is it possible that this same verse also contains a hidden prophecy of His second coming?  The verse identifies a 69-week span of time from the commandment to restore Jerusalem to His first coming (a week is a period of seven years).

Our suspicions are aroused by the odd way the verse expresses the 69-week interval.  Instead of simply stating 69 weeks, the verse breaks it into two parts - one of 7 weeks, and the other of 62 weeks.  Why?  No explanation is ever offered.  Are we missing something?
