I think you have a very interesting take on these end times.  Thank you for providing documentation for the 1260 & 1290 day count. According to Leviticus 25:8-55 the Jubilee is declared on Yom Kippur, not on the first day of the ecclesiastical year. My conclusion would be that a Jubilee will be declared on the first year of the millennium which coincides with year 1 of the sabbatical cycle and not in the middle of the Tribulation, however.
