Our Exceedingly great promise is just ahead – Thoughts about the next few years
Isaac Newton stated the end of this age would be in the year 2060 AD. This year will mark the end of 6000 years of human history and the beginning of the 7th millennium; we know this as the millennial reign of Christ. Newton was a mathematical genius who solved the mystery of the dispensation of time. The year 2060 is the end of the sixth millennium from the creation of the world. We are currently in the last Jubilee (49 years) of this sixth millennium.
Do not be distressed that the millennial reign is yet 48 years away, because the next 48 years will be the most: wondrous, amazing, fantastic, fulfilling, adventurous, beautiful, exciting, glorious, enlightening, emotional, loving, courageous, victorious, rewarding, exhilarating, and joyful time of your life. You are about to be Quickened, becoming an immortal being like our Lord Jesus. You are the heroes of God who loved Jesus more than your own life.
During the 48 years remaining of this age we will subdue the earth under the command of King Jesus. He will rule with a rod of iron and all nations will come to worship him bringing their offerings to the foot of his throne. Those nations who do not come and worship Jesus in his new temple on the Feast of Tabernacles will have no rain.
Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:17 and it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
In judgment for her treachery against Israel Egypt will remain a wasteland for the next forty years.
Ezekiel 29:12 And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the middle of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
The land of Israel will be restored after the battle of Har Magedon (the battle of Temple Mount). For seven years the weapons of war and the bodies of those who warred against the Lord will be cleansed from the land.
Ezekiel 39:9 (YLT) And gone out have the inhabitants of cities of Israel, And they have burned and kindled a fire, With armour, and shield, and buckler, With bow, and with arrows, And with hand-staves, and with javelins, And they have caused a fire to burn with them seven years,
Had you not known the sorrow, you could not understand the joy. If you had not felt the pain, you could not comprehend the bliss. Zion is the Church, the mystery, The Bride of Christ.
Isaiah 61:3 (YLT) To appoint to mourners in Zion, To give to them beauty instead of ashes, The oil of joy instead of mourning, A covering of praise for a spirit of weakness, And He is calling to them, 'Trees of righteousness, The planting of Jehovah -- to be beautified.'
