Dear doves,
I have been contemplating a response to alot of posts
over the last few weeks, and have finally gained enough
confidence to put it into words. It is NOT of your
conventional understanding about the rapture, but I feel that
it IS Biblical and a start to the right understanding of
scripture, that pertains to the all important event of the
rapture.
I have prayed for discernment about this. It may not be
complete or perfect, but it is important to be brought before
you all for edification. Please pray to our Lord, to help
make this path a straight one, and by adding your studies to
this conversation.
The first place in Revelations that I
see where anyone goes upward is at
Revelation 11:12......And
they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them,
Come
up hither.
And they ascended up to heaven
in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
This is the 2 witnesses that were killed in the streets of
Jerusalem.
Revelations 11:8.....And their
dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which
spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was
crucified.
I feel that the 2 witnesses are Elijah and Enoch and that
their ministry is to the house of Judah. This will be
neccesary for them to be shocked into belief about what they
have to say. I also feel that their powers will be manifested
to help the nation of (Israel) the house of Judah. The Jews
will not turn to Jesus Christ unless it comes from
supernatural human beings....such as these 2 individuals. They
WILL be convinsed by 2 such people as Enoch and Elijah. This
will happen before the Lord's return.
The second place in Revelations where
something happens where people are going upward is at
Revelation
12:5........And she brought forth a man child, who
was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:
and her
child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
The house of JUDAH brought forth Shiloh.....
Genesis
49:10........The sceptr shall not depart from
Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet,
until Shiloh
come; and
unto him shall the gathering of the people
be.
This obviously has already happened, so who is 12:5...talking
about? It must be talking about the remaining firstfruits
to be taken in the barley harvest (rapture).
Revelation
12:11......And they overcame him by the blood of
the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and
they
loved not their lives unto the death. I am leaning
toward this being a very limitted amount of people. Could the
144,000 be part of these?
The 3rd place in Revelations where people
are harvested from the earth is
Revelations 14:14.......And
I looked, and behold a white cloud, and
upon the cloud one
sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a
golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
Rev. 14:15.......And another angel came out
of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the
cloud,
Thrust in thy sickle and reap: for the time has
come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
This would have to be considerred the wheat harvest, OR, the
MAIN RAPTURE of the multitudes that come out of tribulation.
The forth place in Revelations where people
are harvested from the earth is
Revelations 14:18.......And
another angel came out from the alter, which had power over
fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp
sickle, saying, thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the
clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully
ripe.
Revelations 14: 19...........And the
angel thrust in his sickle into the earth,
and gathered
the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress
of the wrath of God.
This is the grape harvest. These people obviously go through a
very difficult death as punishment.
Next in
chapter 15:2........And I saw as it
were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had
gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and
over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the
sea of glass, having the harps of God.
These are obviously tribulation saints, overcomers, if you
will, of the beast.
Chapter 16 begins the WRATH OF GOD. I would speculate that
there is no more salvation from this point on, easy (barley),
mild (wheat), or martyrdom (grape juice)

....I couldn't resist!
Well, thats all for now. What do you think?
